In 2015, I traveled to the “Eje Cafetero” region in Colombia South America. During my visit, I had the opportunity to meet with several coffee experts that shared with me their secrets to creating a good quality cup of coffee. I discovered that the love and enthusiasm that farm owners and coffee producers put towards the production of their coffee contributes to the high quality of their products. Their passion is contagious, and it is also the core of their success.
